life happens. balance is possible.

The Balance Equation framework is built on the truth that life is messy, and even the most self-aware folks can lose their balance. The Balance Community is your place to find accountability, stay inspired, and get back on track when life throws you off.

Studies show that sharing your goals with others increases your chances of success.*

We know that balance isn’t achieved overnight– it’s a lifelong commitment. That’s why we created the Balance Community, our free virtual community for you to stay accountable, encourage others, and find fuel for your daily practice.

Getting balanced with a little help from their friends.

Before The Balance Equation co-founders Stuart Rosenblum and Rob Fiance met, they were both struggling to balance work, marriage, health, and raising young kids. A chance meeting turned into a decades-long friendship defined by a shared goal: balancing the seemingly impossible equations of their lives.

Years of trial and error led to the birth of The Balance Equation: Rob and Stu’s complete program for building and maintaining a balanced life. From the beginning, they knew that sharing their ups and downs with each other kept them accountable.
